To bring the Elixxe drink to the market, we managed everything from the initial packaging concepts to the first series production. The combination of a distinctive bottle design with an ingredient capsule allows the Elixxe drink to stand out on the retail shelf. In addition to the premium beverage bottle, Elixxe also offers refill packages that can be ordered online. We cleverly utilized a standard capsule and cap in the design, allowing the packaging to be quickly prepared for initial pilots and market sales.
One of the challenges was to securely fix the sealed capsule inside the bottle, which we solved by using a specific preform. The production and assembly of the bottle, label, and capsule were handled in-house by our Pilot Factory.
