Circularity is no longer just an option. Sustainability plays a role in everything we develop, and in multiple aspects. Circular product development is fundamentally about creating products designed and manufactured to last for a long time, made from safe, sustainable materials sourced from recycled resources. It also encompasses the circular customer journey, wherein the product is designed in such a way that users can repair, reuse, and/or pass it on. Moreover, circularity goes beyond the product; the entire supply chain has a role in “closing the loop.”
